Stray is an open-source, self-hosted developer tool designed to customize personal Discord presence states. We distribute code files solely for private, educational, noncommercial usage under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. By accessing this website or using our source files, you agree to these Terms.
2. Compliance with International Laws
You agree to comply with all local, national, and international laws, regulations, and statutes applicable to your geographic region, including but not limited to:
- United States: The Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and federal privacy standards.
- European Union: The E-Commerce Directive and applicable regional cyber-safety regulations.
- India & Asia: Section 43A and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
3. Third-Party Platform Rules
Using custom presence scripts, gateway device spoofers, or selfbots is against the Discord Terms of Service. You acknowledge that deploying this codebase on personal Discord user tokens carries the risk of account bans or rate limits. Stray does not endorse violations of platform guidelines.
